Mission Papers
Well I have finally finished my papers and on Sunday I handed them to the bishop and had my interview! Its awesome and Im so happy that that part is over with because it was a big pain in the butt. I am really glad that Randall Decker is my Bishop it just makes this process so much better and plus when I need to check up on things I can just walk to his house. All I need now is my interview with the stake president and then they are off and I can await my call, speaking of which any guesses on where I will be going? Bishop Decker thinks that I will be staying in the US and going out East. Cant wait to hear what ya'll think, Hannah thinks Im going to Japan (which wouldnt be that bad).

A Full Day
First off I was baby sitting Jonas, Esme and of course little Amira, our neighbor, came over to play as well. I had already gotten onto them playing out in the front yard and told them that they could only play in the house or in the back yard. They had been inside playing and they informed me that they were going to go jump on the tramp. I went to use the bathroom and then turned the tv onto my fav. station but it was a commercial so I went to check on the little girls. They were not back there, so I asked Jonas if they were down stairs and he said no, I went into panic mode and checked all the rooms and then ran out side to check the front yard, they were no where to be seen. I told Jonas to go next door and see if they had gone to Amiras house but they were not there, I started going into the house to get my shoes to search for them around the black when the phone started to ring. I quickly answered it and it was my mom saying "DID YOU KNOW THAT ESME IS NOT HOME?! Shes at the Deckers they are bringing the girls back". I was so mad at her and at the same time was thinking jeez, they are fast. They kinda remind me of me and Arden.Anyways I was so mad! When I saw them coming I walked right past Kimii and Ky and gave Esme a little swat on the butt. The other girls moved on why I had a discussion with Es about not telling me and that she was not aloud to do that! She tried to blame it on Amira but I wasn't fooled one bit. For her punishment I had her clean the living room (the mess that "Amira" made) and then made her suffer by making her lay by me in my parents bed and wouldn't let her watch what she wanted to. Good thing she fell asleep pretty fast, she is such a stinker.
Later that night for dinner I cooked Chicken Low Mein. I found the recipe on pintrest, it was so yummy that even the girls liked it, the only one that wouldn't touch it is Jonas. Here is the recipe:
Then I was invited to YW mini golfing and after that I had Kimii, Ky, and Hannah try out a new face mask (which I also found off of pintrest). It looked so yucky but it made my face feel soft after.

- Ingredients
- 1/2 pound angel hair pasta
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 medium onion, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
- 4 to 5 shiitake mushroom caps, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sugar snap pea pods, halved
- 1 (15-ounce) can Chinese baby corn, drained and cut in thirds
- 1 to 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size strips
- Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions until just tender. Drain out the water. Rinse the noodles with cold water, drain them well, and then set them aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Then set the sauce aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil in a large wok or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the ginger for 30 seconds. Then add the onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and carrots and stir-fry 2 minutes more. Finally, add the broccoli, pea pods, and corn. Stir-fry the vegetables for 2 more minutes, then transfer them to a plate.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in the pan. Add half of the chicken and stir-fry it until it's no longer pink, about 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer it to another plate. Stir-fry the remaining chicken, then return the first batch to the pan. Add the cooked noodles, vegetables, and sauce. Turn the heat down to medium.
- Using two spatulas or wooden spoons, lightly toss the mixture until heated through, about 3 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

Some of it got in Kys mouth, hehe
If you want to know what it is, it's Avocado and honey. Its 1/2 Avocado and 1/4 C. of honey. Its kinda sticky and looks like boogers but think of it this way, you can use the left over Avocado for dip!

Castle Dale
I went to Castle Dale with Arden, Miranda (friend), and Gabe. We had lots of fun, my family was already down there and it was good to see them for a day because I had not seen them for a whole week! We got there and had a yummy sandwich lunch and we had gone shwimming at the lake. I got a slight sunburn and poor Arden and Miranda got a really bad one. Then later that night us and Less, Banner, and Jason played card games and the sign game and later danced to Grandpas records haha. So much fun. Later that night me, Arden, Miranda, and Banner had a girls night. Needless to say I slept very will that night.
Along comes Sunday and as we are leaving Jonas is only half dressed! He cant find any church shirts so guess what he had to do, he put on a T-shirt that had a tree on it (it was the most Sunday appropriate shirt, compared to the star wars one where they were fighting) his nice pants, and he tucked his shirt it, then on top of that he didnt have any church shoes so he wore his everyday shoes. He looked so funny haha, total dweeb. After church Less made the most yummy food! It was a fest made for 20. Thanks Less.

Back In Utah
The first week I was in Utah my dear Nana died. I will miss her very much but I know that I will see her again and I know that she is watching over me and my family. It was sad why the family was together but fun at the same time and there are some great Nana stories!
I also have a job, I'm currently a Molly Maid. It's very interesting cleaning diff. types of peoples houses. I'm only an on call person which means that if somebody is sick or on vacation I take their place. This does not mean that I have given up my search for a dental assisting position.
Last but not least the Olympics have started!! Love it! My family had an Olympic party and we watched the opening ceremony and today (7/28/2012) we had a tea party and are continuing to watch the Olympics.
Here is a shout out to C-Chen:
Happy Birth Day!!

Lots to blog!
I want to start out with a Happy Fathers Day! Most people only have one father to thank and love but I have been blessed to have two fathers who care and love me. I don't love one more than the other and I know that they both care and have done a lot for me. So Happy Fathers Day to my dads.
I went with the gang (Nonna/Grandaddy. cousins: Tommy, Erin, Brad, JB. My brother and sister. Me)to the discovery science place in Tyler, Tx. It was really fun and I got some great pictures of all the fun.

Elizabeth and I also had a fun day in the sun and played in the pool, I have more photos but I put most of them up on facebook. So if you want to see them go to my albums and click on 2012.
I went with my Dad and children to pick some peas, the actual pickin' part wasn't that much fun. But it was worth it because yesterday we got to east some! They are so yummy and it is pretty cool that they turn your fingers purple. We do this every year, its tradition. We also dug for some taters and after that I kinda played in the dirt. Over all it was pretty fun.

A Dresser and A Hat
I finished my dresser that goes with my bed frame. I only have a before and after picture this time, oh well. Over all I think that it turned out really well!
The other day I was in the attic looking through boxes and just seeing what I might want to take. As I was going through my dads boxes I found a sweet hat, so of course I took it!
